General Information
The following terms and conditions of delivery and payment apply to the entire business relationship between 3Seeds-Shop and its customers. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges these terms as bin-ding. These terms apply exclusively. The seeds offered herein are inten-ded exclusively for private use.
Conclusion of Contract
Customers within the meaning of these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) must possess full legal capa-city. A contract is deemed concluded only upon receipt of payment. Until such time, the order is considered a reservation.
A reservation remains valid for a maximum of 7 days.
Prices
All prices are stated in Euros (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT).
Shipping and Costs
Shipping is carried out exclusively as an uninsured letter sent in a padded envelope. Shipping costs are included in the total price displayed in the shopping cart.
Payment
Payment may be made exclusively via bank transfer (payment in advance). Should a payment be received after the shopping cart has been automatically cleared due to the expiration of the 7-day time limit, the payment will be refunded in full.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your contract with 3Seeds.shop within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reasons.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use the Withdrawal form. Please provide your invoice number.
Compliance with the withdrawal period is ensured if you send the notification before the period expires.
As soon as the returned goods reach me, the invoice amount will be refunded. Naturally, this will only be done if the return shipment is complete and the seals on the seed packaging remain intact. The return shipment should also be sent in a padded envelope. You must bear the costs of the return.
Complaints
Complaints regarding obvious material defects, incorrect deliveries, or quantity discrepancies must be reported to 3Seeds-Shop immedi-ately upon discovery. Statutory warranty regulations apply.
Retention of Title
For all deliveries, 3Seeds-Shop retains full ownership of the goods until the customer has fully discharged all payment obligations.
Data Protection and Data Storage
The customer consents to 3Seeds-Shop storing, processing, and analy-zing all personal data pertaining to the customer that is obtained in connection with the business rela-tionship, in accordance with appli-cable data protection laws.
3Seeds-Shop does not maintain customer accounts. Consequently, no personal data is stored for future use. Such data is used solely for the purpose of shipping.
General Provisions
Should individual terms be declared wholly or partially invalid by a court of law, the validity of the remaining provisions, or parts thereof, shall remain unaffected. German law shall apply to the contractual relationship between 3Seeds-Shop and its custo-mers.
Place of Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office in Hamburg, unless mandatory legal provisions stipulate otherwise.
Dispute Resolution Procedures and Online Dispute Resolution
The shop owner is not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbi-tration board. |
