You have the right to withdraw from your contract with 3Seeds.shop within 14 days of its conclusion (based on the invoice date) without providing any reasons.
The withdrawal deadline is met if you send your noti-fication before the 14-day period has expired.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please enter your invoice number and email address here.
The shop will verify whether the withdrawal request was submitted within the specified timeframe and whether the provided email address and invoice number match.
Once the returned goods have reached me, the invoice amount will be refunded. Naturally, this refund will be issued only if the return shipment is complete and the seals on the seed packaging remain intact. The return shipment should also be sent in a padded envelope.
The return should be made within 14 days of with-drawal. The buyer bears the shipping costs.
